What this site is

SeawallConnect is an independent information and contractor-matching platform for waterfront property owners. It is operated by FREEMAN HOLDINGS LLC (Wyoming, USA), the company responsible for website inquiries and the handling of personal information it receives through the website. Neither the platform nor its operator performs seawall work.

Information you give us

The quote form asks for your name, phone number, email address, property ZIP code and problem type. Optional fields include property address, county, wall length and age, requested service, a description and up to eight photographs. You choose what to enter or select.

The form validates entries in your browser and sends entered details, consent, attribution fields, a request identifier and photo count to the operator’s shared lead database hosted by Supabase. Selected photos remain on your device and are not uploaded. Confirmation appears only after the database accepts the request; it does not confirm contractor delivery or a booking.

Information collected automatically

On the quote page, browser code reads the current page path and query string, referring website, campaign parameters (UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content) and a timestamp. These are included in the saved request, not sent to a separate analytics service by the form.

Cookies, analytics and external resources

The current public website code does not configure an advertising or analytics service or use cookies or browser storage to persist quote requests. This does not mean browsing is anonymous: the hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver the site and may maintain operational or security logs. Hosting-level analytics and retention settings have not been verified.

Fonts load from Google Fonts. Those requests expose technical information, such as your IP address and browser request headers, to Google. Links to government and other external sites take you to services governed by their own privacy practices. Error-reporting code can send error details to the editor’s event system when that system is available; this is separate from quote delivery.

How information is used

• To validate and save quote requests for review by the website operator
• To deliver the website and diagnose technical errors
• If an inquiry is actually received through a verified contact channel, to respond to it and handle related privacy requests
• To meet applicable legal obligations for information the operator actually holds

Sharing

Consented requests are sent to the operator’s shared lead database, hosted by Supabase. The form does not itself forward requests directly to contractors. The platform’s intended referral model is to share requests with independent service providers who can respond, subject to the consent provided. Any additional lead-delivery or sharing arrangements must be disclosed before they are enabled. Those contractors would handle information under their own practices and provide their own quotes and service contracts. The current implementation does not sell quote-form information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Consent to be contacted

The form has an initially unchecked consent box for sharing information with providers who can respond to your request. Submission requires that consent and saves it with the request. You may withdraw consent to future contact by notifying the operator or the contractor through a verified contact channel.

Retention

Submitted requests are stored in the operator’s shared lead database; the configured retention period has not been verified. The form does not save requests in local or session storage. Selected files remain in browser memory. Closing or reloading resets the form’s in-memory state, but does not delete a request already saved in the database. Hosting logs are separate, and their retention has not been verified. For inquiries actually received by the operator, information should be kept only as needed for the inquiry, applicable legal obligations and legitimate records, rather than indefinitely.

Your choices

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, subject to any records we are required to keep. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to a copy of your information, to restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent, to appeal a rights-request decision or to complain to a competent authority. Applicable rights are not waived by this policy, and exercising them should not result in unlawful discrimination.

The operator can act only on information it actually holds and may need to verify a request’s identity. The quote form does not deliver rights requests. No verified contact channel is currently available; this limitation is disclosed on the Contact page and does not remove your rights.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
