SeawallConnect is an independent information and contractor-matching platform. We are not a contractor, engineer, surveyor or marine construction company, and we do not perform, supervise or warrant any work.

FREEMAN HOLDINGS LLC (Wyoming, USA) operates the website under the SeawallConnect consumer brand and is responsible for handling website inquiries. The operator’s location does not imply a local contractor office or service license.

Information is general, not advice

Everything published here is general educational content about seawalls. It is not engineering, construction, legal, regulatory, insurance or financial advice, and it is not a diagnosis of any specific structure. No page here can tell you what is wrong with your wall or what your project requires. Always obtain a professional onsite assessment and confirm regulatory requirements with the relevant authorities.

Cost information

Any cost figures on this site are broad planning benchmarks intended to help you frame a budget conversation. They are not quotes, estimates or predictions of what your project will cost. Actual pricing comes from a contractor who has assessed your property.

Permitting and regulation

Regulatory content is orientation only and changes over time. Requirements depend on your scope, your property and your jurisdiction, and must be confirmed with the responsible agencies.

Third-party contractors

The platform’s intended referral model is to pass requests to independent contractors where coverage exists and with the required consent. The form saves requests for the operator; it does not itself forward requests directly to contractors. Those businesses are not our employees or agents. Any contract you enter into is between you and them, and we are not responsible for their work, conduct, pricing or communications. You are responsible for verifying licence status, insurance and suitability before engaging anyone. Contractors provide their own quotes and service contracts; neither a quote nor a service contract is issued by the website operator. No matching, contractor response or project outcome is guaranteed.

Current quote-request handling

The form validates entries on your device and, with required consent, saves the entered details, attribution and photo count in the operator’s shared lead database hosted by Supabase. Photos are not uploaded. Confirmation means the database accepted the request, not that a contractor has received it or that a service is booked. If saving fails, the form shows an error. Submitting is free and creates no hire, purchase, payment obligation or construction contract. This website does not currently process purchases or payments.
